CHAIRMANS CHAT

Firstly I would like to thank the committee for all their hard work throughout the year at all our events, A special thanks goes to our secretary Margaret who works all the year round ensuring that everything is kept up to date to enable our club to run smoothly. Marg also prints our schedules, catalogues and newsletters saving the club a lot of money, and she says she enjoys doing it!!!!!!

On a sadder note just before Christmas Sheila Till passed away. She was a member of the club for many years and will be missed at our shows. Marg and I attended her funeral on behalf of the club. We send our sympathies to her sister Pat.

The club has had another successful year with all our events pulling in good entries, and we are looking forward to having another good year in 2008.

It only remains for me to wish the committee and all our members a very good year in whatever discipline you do with your dogs

TREASURERS REPORT AGM

West of England have donated to various good causes in 2007. The Breed Council, Anadune, Rapid Uk, Border Collie Rescue, Guide Dogs, and Lady Linda Evans Charity Oxford Transplant Unit.

Also ring clips and badges have been purchased to be distributed to all members of the club as a thank you for supporting us so well throughout the years.

Entry fees and membership will remain the same in the year of 2008

We would like to donate further this year. Please let us know of any worthy causes

PRESIDENTS REPORT


Another very successful year. The profit the club has made has been put back into the club by giving members the ring clips and badges.


A well formed committee know what they are doing and function with almost effortless ease.


Members have been doing well in all disciplines and continue to support the club at the Championship Open and Limit Shows


Health issues continue to be addressed and DNA test results can now be entered on registration forms.
