IF A DOG WAS THE TEACHER YOU
WOULD LEARN STUFF LIKE….

When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in our face to be pure ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you’re happy, dance around and wag your
entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Eat with gusto and enthusiasm. Stop when you have had enough.
Be loyal. Never pretend to be something you’re not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and nuzzle them gently.
A PRAYER FOR THE STRESSED
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill today because they got on my nerves. Help me also to be careful of the toes I step on today as they may be connected to the feet I may have to kiss tomorrow

Help me always to give 100% at work
12% on Monday
23% on Tuesday
40% on Wednesday
20% on Thursday
5% on Friday

Finally, help me to remember, when I am having a bad day and it seems that people are trying to wind me up; It takes 42 muscles to frown, 28 to smile, and only 4 to extend my arm and smack someone in the mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
